The girl runs crying to her best friend.

“What’s wrong?” gasps her best friend.

It’s my boyfriend,” gushes the girl. “He was working on the engine under the hood of his car when the lid came down and cut off a finger!”

“God!” shrieks her best friend. “Did it chop off his WHOLE finger?”
