The PNP imported several
highly trained sniffing dogs
to counter terrorist attacks
and check drug trafficking.
They sent the dogs to all
parts of the country. After
2 weeks they ordered each
provincial commander to
submit their feedback:
DAVAO- “Effective”
CEBU- “Fantastic”
ILOILO- “Very Good”
BAGUIO- “Masarap!” ü
