Even though we clutch the
blanket & growl when the
alarm rings,

we thank the Lord that we
can hear.

there are many who are
deaf.

Even though we keep our
eyes closed against the
morning light as long as
that we can see.

there are many who are
blind.

Even though we huddle in
our beds & put off rising,

we thank Lord that we hv
strength 2 rise.

There are many who are
bedridden.
